Manage Your Money Like a Millionaire!

Make 2014 the start of your financial future! United Way and hYPe (Helping Young Professionals Excel) are offering an evening to jump start young professionals' financial futures! During the event, you can file your taxes for FREE and have an IRS-certified volunteer on-hand to answer questions. Local financial experts will also be present to offer ideas about how to best grow your assets. With advice and help on small business financial management, taxes, home buying, saving for retirement and investing, you're sure to get on the path to being a money master.

Ashley Hall, Community Initiatives Director at United Way, explained "It's exciting to reach out to the young professionals in our community. These are individuals who are newer to the working world and for many of them, this is their first time filing taxes or thinking about long-term investing. It's important to develop smart financial habits early, so we're proud to team up with hYPe and offer a great learning experience, while having some fun!" In addition to sound financial advice, there will be food and prizes during the event.

"Manage your Money like a Millionaire" will be held February 12th from 5:30 to 8:00 pm at Solution Tree, 555 N. Morton Street. Please register at www.chamberbloomington.org/events by February 11th.
