The Free Community Tax Service helps residents who made less than $58,000 in 2021 file their federal and Indiana tax returns for FREE and claim the EITC, if eligible. People making less than $72,000 can also file online by visiting our free file page.

Did you receive Advanced Child Tax Credit payments from the IRS in 2021? You will receive Letter 6419 in January 2022 that provides the total amount of payments disbursed to you during 2021. Keep this letter and bring it with you when file your 2021 tax return.
