FINANCIAL COACHING

In cooperation with the Financial Stability Alliance, United Way offers free financial coaching sessions to help individuals in Monroe, Owen, and Green counties. These sessions will help you set personalized financial goals, increase your Financial Stability Score, learn how to address credit score issues and learn ways to strengthen credit. Interested individuals should apply to the program online. Sessions occur over a 12-month period with regular follow-ups with the financial coach and can be done in-person, over the phone, or by email.

IU OFFICE OF FINANCIAL WELLNESS AND EDUCATION
IU MoneySmarts

IU MoneySmarts is a financial wellness and education program that provides opportunities for students, faculty/staff, and community members to enhance their personal finance skills and learn more on topics related to budgeting, credit, savings, repaying debt, dealing with identity theft, and other basic money management skills. Online MoneySmarts U classes are available, free of charge to IU students, staff, and alumni. If you are not about of the IU community, contact IU MoneySmarts and they can check on how to get you access to the classes. Consultations are also available to students, IU staff, and alumni.
