NOTES: All data and maps referenced in this section are the property of their respective developers. This information is presented here as a convenience to the SCAN reader. For further details, visit the link contained on the charts and maps.

Some data are presented for Monroe County only. In other cases, there is data for the surrounding counties, particularly Greene, Lawrence and Owen. Data for other areas can be located by following the Web links contained on each page. (Keep in mind that the Bloomington Metropolitan Area consisted of only Monroe County until June 2003, when Greene and Owen Counties were added to the MSA.)

External links go directly to sources in which the data is formatted for easy use by local providers and grant writers.  Internal links (.docs and .pdfs) are used for charts that were specifically developed for our area using data from existing sources.  This information will be updated periodically.

Many linked documents on this site are in PDF format. To obtain a free Acrobat Reader, visit the Adobe Web site.  Thanks to Amanda Brawley, Liz Wepler, and Sarah Greenberg for their help updating this information.
