- The IRIS Manual was a printed
directory to human service agencies in Monroe County.

- It has been replaced by 2-1-1. This
new 2-1-1 Infolink service provides Monroe and Owen County residents
with the best possible information and referrals. Dial 2-1-1
on your phone for help with food, counseling, employment, health
care, support groups, housing & shelter, legal aid, clothing,
education, and more. Calls to 2-1-1 are free (cell per-minute
charges still apply). The goal of 2-1-1 is to have all calls
answered by informed operators 24 hours a day.
You can also visit the
2-1-1 information database to search for
local agencies based on your specific needs.
- If you see an entry in the 2-1-1 database
that needs to be corrected or updated, please report that to the
2-1-1 staff.
